3. Products
All Engraved Words products are made to order. Each piece is produced individually after your order is placed.
We make every effort to display product images, colors, and details accurately on our website. However, slight variations in garment color, print placement, ink tone, or design alignment may occur due to differences in screen displays and the nature of on-demand garment printing. Such variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
While we take care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If we identify a pricing error after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We will notify you if this occurs.
Product availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on production capacity and demand.
5. Orders
Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or dealers.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified, canceled, or redirected. Please review all product details, sizing information, and your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Shipping & Delivery
All production and shipping timeframes provided on this website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once a shipping carrier confirms delivery of your package, the order is considered delivered. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect selections made by the customer.
We will review claims for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, provided the claim is submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, logos, brand marks, product names, phrases, story card text, graphics, photographs, and written content — is the exclusive property of Engraved Words LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The phrases printed on our products are original creative works of Engraved Words. Unauthorized reproduction of these phrases on any product or medium is strictly prohibited.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of this website, or any purchase made through this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
